The environment was super fun, and the bartenders were super nice. I'm Only giving 4 stars because I was not personally super crazy about the tacos. BUT the queso corn dip or whatever it's called was SOOOOO good.

I was visiting Scottsdale for a wedding and we stopped here for lunch because it looked so cute. The food menu was full of vibrant and interesting options. I opted for just a salad but had to get the hot Cheeto elote. Both things were super tasty! I didn't grab a drink but the menu looked good. Parking was a bit tricky in this area and we opted to have to pay for a $20 lot. I would come back!

It has been over a month since I went to Diego Pops and I STILL think about the street corn queso! This is a must get and will keep me coming back on its own! The Paloma margarita is refreshing and easy to drink. On top of the delicious drinks they have the option to order a pitcher, which was perfect for 2. Ambiance is fun, this is the perfect hangout spot if you are looking to hangout with friends or even get some work done. The decor is gorgeous and the open concept to the patio is a perfect vibe.

I visited Diego Pops with a group 12 on a Monday. Luckily it was $3 taco Monday all night. We were also there during happy hour. We got there around 4:30 and were very lucky to get a table. The hostess sat us quietly and they were then getting us drinks quickly. They move everything quickly because I think they like to move tables but we enjoyed the Margs and the food. Everyone left happy and I'm sure they would return. The only thing that was annoying is that they would only do one check per table.

Came here after shopping, searched this place that was near by and decided to give it a try. We got a seat right away and the server was quick with our order. She was also super friendly and very helpful. I ordered a few things. I got the chicken bowl, with cilantro rice and beans and my son got the quesadilla with chicken and my husband got the big burrito. Every thing we got tasted fantastic. The chicken and rice was really good. I'm not a big rice person but it was delicious. The churros for dessert was amazing as well. I ordered the margarita and it was the perfect amount of tequila and lime. We also came during happy hour, so a lot of things was half off. There are foods and drinks, certain ones that are part of the happy hour. The place itself was really cute. The decor of everything was cute and my favorite was the pink. Definitely will come back.

Googled best tacos in Old Scottsdale and this place came up and now I know why! Arrived around 2pm and was able to be seated inside or outside. Our server was amazing, she offered suggestions and let us know about happy hour specials if we wanted to wait a little bit order. The food was so good and they brought over a caddy of various hot sauces which was wonderful. I also had the skinny margarita 10/10. Definitely you need to try it if you are in the area!

Three words, BRUSSEL SPROUT NACHOS. Diego pops is a staple we go to anytime I'm back in AZ visiting. Their margaritas are unreal, everything on the menu is delicious (including their basket of special sauces), and the staff is super friendly. I dream of the Brussel sprout nachos we had last time

Yummmmm!! Came for the tacos, and did not disappoint. The sauce caddy I wanted to take home, so good love options. We ordered several tacos all tasted good, my fave was the fried fish taco. Started with chips and salsa, salsa was nice. My husband had a burrito he enjoyed it. Cute atmosphere, love the colourful decor. Service was great.

It's been a while since I've been to Diego Pops and I finally made it back. I remember enjoying their tacos when I first visited and I've had them at different taco fest. I dined in during happy hour and I ordered; Red Sangria Braised Green Chili Chicken taco Skirt Steak Taco Grilled Adobo Chicken taco All the tacos were delicious, my favorite taco is the Skirt steak taco. I highly recommend checking out Diego Pops
